Louise Mellon BA(Hons), CIP

Louise has been part of the team since March 2022. With over eight years of experience in commercial lines, particularly Property Owners renewals and new business, she underwrites a broad range of risks with a practical, solution-led approach.

She holds a Business and Enterprise degree and a CIP qualification. Louise began her insurance career in a temporary admin role and quickly progressed into underwriting. She is known for her analytical thinking, attention to detail and adaptability across NBS’s wide product range.

Louise values being part of a supportive, collaborative team that recognises hard work and encourages development. Outside of work, she enjoys time with friends and family, music and a good documentary.
