At NBS, maintaining strong relationships with our broker partners is central to how we operate. To better understand how we are performing in today’s market, we recently invited a number of our Professional Indemnity broker partners to share their feedback on our product offering and overall service experience.
Hearing directly from brokers provides invaluable insight into what we are doing well and where we can continue to improve.
Strong Service Experience
The feedback showed that brokers rated their overall service experience with NBS as excellent.
These results reflect the day-to-day interactions that matter most to our partners — including responsiveness, clear communication, and an overall ease of doing business with our team.
Delivering a consistent and reliable service remains a core focus for us, and we are pleased to see this reflected in the feedback from our broker community.
