Converting Manual Food & Eateries Submissions Directly into the Portal

We have expanded our AI-enabled submission technology to support Food & Eateries risks, making manual submissions quicker and easier than ever.
Following the successful rollout across several core products, brokers can now email Food & Eateries proposals directly to NBS, where they will be converted into structured, portal-ready submissions for our underwriting team.
The technology reduces manual rekeying, helping speed up turnaround times while maintaining the same experienced underwriting approach. Every case continues to be reviewed by an experienced underwriter, ensuring the same appetite, consistency and decision-making standards brokers expect from NBS.
This latest enhancement is another step in our ongoing investment in making it easier for brokers to trade with NBS by reducing administration and streamlining the submission process.
