Construction Renewals: Declaration Forms Now Issued via PandaDoc

From 15 December, NBS Ireland is changing the way we issue declaration forms for Construction policies coming up for renewal. Instead of receiving a declaration form as an email attachment, brokers will now receive a PandaDoc link, allowing the form to be completed electronically.

This change removes the need to print, scan and email declaration forms back to us, as everything can now be completed electronically. It also provides a clear, policy-specific declaration form, reducing confusion where multiple policies may previously have been included in one document.

When this starts

We will begin sending declaration forms via PandaDoc from 15 December for Construction policies due for renewal in February.

Declaration forms will be sent to the agent email address of whoever last dealt with the file, or to your agency’s renewals mailbox where one is in place.

What to expect

You will receive an email from PandaDoc displayed as: “Renewals NBS Ireland via PandaDoc.”

The declaration form can be completed by the broker, or the document can be forwarded to the insured to complete (where appropriate). PandaDoc also supports electronic completion, signatures, and automatic saving as you go.
