Alan Hunter

Alan is a Development Consultant at NBS Ireland, with specific responsibility for sales and distribution. He has been with the business since October 2024, bringing with him two decades of experience in insurance, having started his career at Sun Alliance in 2004. Alan is focused on building a successful business through the development of staff and strong broker relationships—many of which grow into valued friendships over time. He is known for his customer-first mindset, teamwork, and commitment to smart risk selection supported by competitive pricing.

Outside of work, Alan enjoys spending time with family, eating out, going on holidays, and watching sport — especially rugby.
