Lauren O’Donnell CIP

Lauren is a Commercial Liability Underwriter and has been part of the team since 2022. She brings over eight years of experience in the insurance industry, having worked across both personal and commercial lines before moving into her current role, where she underwrites new business across a variety of commercial schemes.

She holds an Honours Degree in Business and a CIP qualification, and is known for her strong product knowledge, effective communication and collaborative approach with both brokers and colleagues. Lauren values the variety her role offers and the supportive team environment at NBS Ireland, which she describes as positive, friendly and focused.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys staying active and has a keen interest in travel.
